2 Fundraisers

The next payment is due shortly!  There are 2 fundraisers going on right now.  Work to pay off that uniform.

1.  Cookie dough started today and is due Monday, July 6th.  You make 50% off each box you sell!

2.  The yard sale is this Saturday from 7 am-12 pm.  This is not mandatory, however it is another opportunity to make money for your uniform.  I have posted ads in both the Fresno Bee & Craigslist.  Feel free to make signs to put up in your own neighborhood.  

First Practice

The first practice is Monday, June 22nd from 9 am-11 am.  Meet next to the FHS wrestling room promptly by 9 am, ready to go.  This includes a lot of water and a proper attire.  If you are in summer school, you must notify Mrs. Champion before the first practice to let her know.  You need to have your cheer binders at the first practice and will receive the next fundraiser.  Call or email if you have questions.  Do not be late!

Grades

As of this morning grades had not been posted yet in the mainframe.  I will check grades first thing Monday morning.  I will call those who are either removed from the squad due to ineligibility or those who will be on probation.  If you do not receive a phone call that means your grades are good. Make sure to keep them that way next year!  If you are in doubt, please call or email me.  

Next Fundraiser-Cookie Dough

The next fundraiser will begin on Monday, June 22nd.  It is cookie dough.  We will pass it out during practice.  If you are in summer school, you must contact me to get the fundraiser packet.  The fundraiser will last from June 22-July 6.  I will not take order forms past July 6th.  All checks must be made out to Fresno High and on the memo line write your name and "cheer."  Call or email me with any questions.  Also, the next payment is due at the beginning of July so make sure you are ready to make the next payment.  

Candle Sales

For those of you who sold candles, you need to pick up the candles on Friday, June 12th in the FHS front office.  I will be there from 9:00 am-9:30 am only.  Arrange for someone to get them, please.  

Snackpack $

There are about 7 cheerleaders who still owe snackpack money.  If it's not turned in to Ms. Gunn in the finance office by Friday, June 19th, I am adding $30 to your cheer bill.  If you aren't sure if you still owe, call or email me and I'll let you know.

YARD SALE

On Saturday, June 27th we will hold a yard sale in front of FHS.  You need to bring anything you can to sell.  Whatever you make, it goes 100% towards your uniform.  Price all your stuff before you come.  I will put a yard sale ad in the Fresno Bee, but you can make fliers and put up signs the week before (as long as you take them down afterwards).  You can lay your stuff on a blanket or bring a table to arrange everything.  Coaches will be there to supervise, but everything else is your responsibility. Whatever you don't sell, you must haul away.  Bring change!!  If you have questions, call or email your coach or me.  The yard sale is from 7 am-12 pm.  It is not mandatory, but it's another way to help pay off your uniform.  In the past I have had some cheerleaders make a couple hundred dollars.  Ask teachers, neighbors, family, or friends if they have anything they want to get rid of.  It will probably get warm later in the morning, so bring water and some snacks.  GO WARRIORS!

Purpose

The purpose of this blog is so all team members can access information, schedule changes, and/or view upcoming events.  This blog is purely informational, so if you have questions, call or email your coach or advisor.  You need to check the blog at least once a week for new information.  Here's to a new, fun year.
