COMPETITION TRYOUTS

MANDATORY Parent Meeting--Tuesday, August 31st 6:00 pm Mrs. Champion's room

TRYOUTS--Thursday, September 2nd 6:00 pm Wrestling Room


You must attend both the parent meeting and tryouts to be eligible for comp. team. Anyone can try out: Frosh, JV, or Var. There is an additional cost to be on comp. team and if you are on Frosh or JV, you will need to purchase a new uniform.

The first comp is Saturday, Nov 6, 2010 @ Clovis North High School.

Last Week of Summer Practice

Practice this week is Tues, Weds, Thurs 9-12. This is it before school starts!! I will be there Tuesday to collect payments. Friday by noon is the last chance to pay off your uniform in order to wear it on the first day of school. No exceptions will be made. I will be on campus Thurs & Fri for teacher meetings if you have any questions. *REMINDER FOR VARSITY* Even if you have your uniform from last year, you may not wear it until this year's bill is paid in full.

AUGUST PRACTICE

I have received several text messages asking about practice this week. First of all, CHECK YOUR CALENDARS!! That's why I make them for you. Second of all, yes there is practice this week. School starts in two weeks and you girls/guys need to be ready for football season. Practice for the next two weeks is the following:

TUES 9-12
WEDS 9-12
THURS 9-12

If you are on Link Crew, let your coach know because you have training Thursday & Friday this week.

FROSH/JV CAMP

Good job today, Frosh & JV. You did wonderful during day 1 of camp. It was beyond hot in there but no one gave up! I was super-impressed with how quickly you learned those stunts. I also thought it was wonderful how supportive you were of each other during tumbling and stunting. I love to hear you cheer each other on and watch you high-five your group when you master a skill...GREAT TEAMWORK! I cannot wait to see the routine you learned.
