The first car wash is Saturday, July 11th. This is mandatory, even if you are not fundraising for your uniform. The car wash is from 8 am-2 pm at FHS in the McKinley parking lot. Sign-ups will be during practice on Monday-first come first selection. Each squad member must sign up for a 2 hour time slot. I will also pass out pre-sale tickets. You will sell each ticket for $5. All proceeds from the pre-sale will go towards your uniform. The money raised during the car wash will go towards the general cheer fund to purchase music, megaphones, etc. I reiterate that the car wash is not optional. Each person must bring 5-7 dry rags, sponges/car wash rags, and a bucket. The coaches will provide the soap and hoses. We will also need approximately 5 squad members to make signs. You can sign up on Monday. Please tell all you family, friends, & neighbors to come get their car washed on Saturday. Call or email if you have questions.
