CANDLES-Once I know the pick up date for the candles, I will post it on the blog. Give it about 2 weeks.
PHYSICALS-Make your appointment now so you can get your physical done as soon as possible after June 1st. The physical must be dated after June 1, 2010 or it won't be valid. All physicals are due no later than July 1st. Email or call if you have questions.
NEW FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES-
1. PAMPERED CHEF-If your mom, grandma, aunt, or whomever would like to host a Pampered Chef party, then you will receive the profit from that party. Contact me if you are interested and I can set you up with a Pampered Chef consultant who can give more information.
2. FHS SUNGLASSES-Each pair costs $15.00 and you receive $7.00 profit per pair that you sell. I only have 150 pairs so it's first come first served. When you bring me the money, I will provide you with the sunglasses.
3. BEEF JERKY-Continue to sell beef jerky. I still have a box in my room. We will sell beef jerky until the beginning of June, so sell as much as you can in the next 2 weeks. You make $10.00 for every bag you sell.
4. ENTERTAINMENT BOOKS-The new 2010-2011 entertainment books will arrive June 1st. The book has tons of great coupons and is valid from June 2010-December 2011. That is a year and a half!! Each book costs $20 and you receive $8.00 per book you sell. I will announce when you can pick up your sample book.
5. BUSINESS DONATIONS-We are doing another Varsity cheer poster. I will pass out a letter that you can give to businesses. It asks for a $100 "donation" to place their business card on our poster. You will receive credit for the entire $100.00 "donation" that you bring in that will go directly towards your uniform. There will be a deadline and I'll announce that as soon as the poster picture date is set. Only Varsity is on the poster, however anyone from any squad can bring in business donations to receive credit. You may not hit up any businesses from this year's cheer poster or from this year's boy's water polo poster. Those are already spoken for...more info. to follow!
